  • We do not have an order minimum for small events up to 10 miles away from our warehouse in Chatsworth

    Anything above 10 miles will have an order minimum.

    Our plates, silverware, and glassware come in packs of 5 so there will be a minimum order of 5.

  • Essentially no. We will charge delivery based on the distance

  • Yes, the charge is based on distance and delivery type. We try to stay competitive with our delivery rates.

  • We deliver and pick up between 9:00am and 5:00pm any day of the week. We can be flexible within that timeframe. If you would like us to deliver or pick up outside of the times listed there will be a fee.

  • We charge a small fee for same day pickup depending on the distance from our warehouse. Anywhere in the San Fernando Valley the fee for same day pickup before 5:00pm would be $60. After 5:00pm would be $100. After 11:00pm would be $150.

    The rate slightly increases if you are more distant from us.

  • We are flexible with deliveries. But it is strongly recommended that you or someone from your party (18 and over) is available to receive the delivery. At the time of delivery, you, the renter assume possession of and responsibility for all rentals ordered. It is your responsibility to receive, inspect, and count every product delivered.

  • YES. You may come pick up your order at our warehouse. We just moved in to the new warehouse so order pickup is by appointment only for the time being.

  • When you reserve items for rent, we send you an invoice that's marked PAID. Bring that invoice with you when you come pick up the rentals, or show it to us on your phone, and you are good to go.

    Items must be returned to the warehouse at the agreed upon return date. If you keep the items longer you will accrue a fee.

  • At the time you place your order please provide the address of the delivery and pickup, good contact information for whoever is running the event. And any other pertinent information such as gate codes, parking locations, or specific drop-off locations.

    Please provide a site diagram as soon as possible. Please let us know if there are any large truck access problems on site. These include things such as low hanging branches, limited turn-around areas, narrow or steep driveways or roads, locked gates, etc.

    Please let us know if there are stairs, narrow hallways, tight corners, or other obstacles, between where the truck will be and the drop off point. If stairs, we need to know how many specifically.

  • We require at least 20% booking fee.

    20% of the total amount on the invoice serves as a booking fee and is non-refundable. In other words, if you cancel the appointment, Pink Llama keeps 20% of the total amount on the invoice.

  • We accept Zelle, Venmo, and all major Credit Cards.

  • No, we do not take a security deposit. We do charge a damage waiver however which protects your from incurring any fees for damage and lost rentals. The damage waiver will cover any accidental damage to any of the rentals, or any loss of individual dinnerware, flatware, or glassware. The damage waiver WILL NOT cover any intentional, malicious, or egregious damage to any of the items.

    The damage waiver is 10% of the total of the price of delivered rentals only (delivery, setup, etc, are not factored into the damage waiver)

    Items picked up at our warehouse have a 15% damage waiver.

  • The damage waiver protects you from any accidental damage that may happen to your rentals when they are in your possession. If you intentionally damage an item, or the item is damaged egregiously, then you will be responsible for the full price of replacing that item. An example of an egregiously damaged item is if you jump on one of the tables and break it in half. That will NOT be covered by your damage waiver.

  • There is a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee (meaning if you cancel the appointment, Pink Llama keeps the 20%)

  • You may cancel the order at any time prior to 48 HOURS before the event for a refund minus the above mentioned 20% booking fee. NO REFUND will be given if cancellation occurs up to 48 HOURS before an event. Changes can be made to the order and we will accommodate them if we have the equipment but no refund will be given on anything you cancel or change up to 48 hours before the event.

  • You are responsible for RINSING all dinnerware, glassware, flatware, etc... You are NOT responsible for washing them. Also, you are NOT responsible for sorting any of the items. As long as they fit the crates and can be stacked.

    We take a fee of $200 if things are left strewn about the venue. All equipment must be left in the same location as it was delivered (whatever designated area is dictated by the venue).

    If you do not want to rinse the dishes, we offer you the service of washing them for you for $2.50 per place setting and $10 per chafing dish.

  • We can quote you on set up and take down of any rentals you get from us.

    We provide installation for things that need to be assembled (such as the hedge backdrop or operated (such as the photo booth)
